1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website at wealthbuilders-insurance.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2. About Our Services

Wealth Builders Insurance Agency ("we," "us," or "our") is a licensed life and health insurance agency. The Site provides educational content about life insurance products, an interactive demonstration of how an index account credits interest, and tools to schedule consultations with a licensed insurance professional. We are not registered investment advisors, attorneys, or tax professionals.

The Site also delivers the Strive For Excellence education programs: self-paced courses, facilitated cohorts, The Circle, and site licenses for schools, masjids and organizations. They are run by Waterfall Wealth Consulting and Youth Today Leaders Tomorrow, which sit with us under A.L.I. Creative Solutions. They are education programs. Nothing in them is financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing in them is an offer to sell insurance. Sections 10 to 12 cover them.

3. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

All content on this Site; including articles, the crediting demonstration, comparisons, and communications from our AI assistant (Amin), is provided for educational purposes only. The Site does not project policy values; the document that does that is a carrier illustration built on your own age and health class. Nothing on this Site constitutes:

  • Investment advice or a recommendation to purchase any financial product
  • Tax advice or representation about tax treatment of any product
  • Legal advice

All projections, illustrations, and scenario comparisons are hypothetical and not guaranteed. Actual results will vary based on individual circumstances, carrier crediting methods, fees, index performance, and other factors. Please consult a qualified financial advisor, CPA, or attorney before making any financial decisions.

4. Licensing Disclosure

Wealth Builders Insurance Agency is a licensed insurance agency. Licensing varies by state. Not all products, services, or agents are available in all states. Confirmation of licensure in your state will be provided during your consultation.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

  • Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the "Waterfall Wealth Creation Strategy™," brand marks, logos, graphics, text, and the Amin AI system, are the proprietary property of Wealth Builders Insurance Agency and A.L.I. Creative Solutions. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. AI Assistant (Amin)

Amin is an artificial intelligence assistant. It is not a person, and it is not Chaka A. I. Ali. If you ask, it will tell you so.

Amin is not a licensed insurance producer. It gives general educational answers. It cannot recommend a specific product for your situation, quote a premium, produce illustration figures, or give tax or legal advice, and it will hand you to a licensed human being for anything that needs one. Nothing Amin says is a quote, an offer, or a binding commitment.

Amin can be wrong. If something it tells you matters to a decision, check it with us or with another licensed professional before you act on it.

If you submit your contact details through the chat, the transcript of that conversation is sent to us with them, so that whoever calls you has read what you already said. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep it.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (including booking platforms, enrollment platforms, and lead magnet resources). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies independently.

9. Booking & Consultations

Scheduling a consultation through this Site does not create an agent-client relationship or obligate either party to enter into any insurance contract. All consultations are free of charge and may be canceled or rescheduled at any time. Chaka A. I. Ali and Wealth Builders Insurance Agency reserve the right to decline service to any individual at their discretion.

10. Program purchases and refunds

Every price is published on our pricing page. A seat is bought on our order page, and the payment is taken there by the payment processor. We never see or store a card number. After payment we open your seat on this Site and email you a sign-in link. Level 1 comes with every self-paced purchase.

Refunds. One email to the address in any message we have sent you. Say you want a refund. You do not have to give a reason and nobody will call to talk you out of it. Write to info@wealthbuilders-insurance.com. A refund is processed within 5 business days.

  • Strive For Excellence and The Build, bought self-paced: 30 days from purchase. A full refund, no questions and no conditions. Access ends when the refund is issued, and anything you wrote is yours to export first.
  • Any facilitated cohort, and the Waterfall series: Up to 7 days before it starts, or through the second session. A full refund. After the second session the seat is yours for the run. We hold a place, a facilitator prepares for it, and the group is built around who is in it.
  • The Circle, monthly: Cancel any time. No notice period and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the month you have paid for runs out. We do not refund part of a month, and we do not bill you for another one.
  • The Circle, yearly: 30 days from the start of the year. A full refund. After that it runs to the end of the year you paid for and does not renew unless you say so.
  • A school, masjid or organization license: 30 days from the start of the license year, before facilitator training is delivered. A full refund. Once training has been delivered the license runs its year, because the training is the cost. We will say so in writing before it is scheduled.

Payment plans. A plan is a way to pay, not a debt we chase.

  • A refund inside the window returns every payment you have made and cancels the ones you have not.
  • If you stop paying, access pauses. We do not send it to collections and there is no late fee or interest.
  • Pick the plan back up whenever you want and it carries on from where it stopped.

Scholarship and sponsored seats. A scholarship seat costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you leave, tell us and the seat goes back to the pool for somebody else. A seat code is given to one person and covers one seat; sharing it or using it twice ends the seat.

11. Program accounts and seats

  • A seat is for one named person. It cannot be shared, sold or transferred.
  • The person who buys a seat answers who it is for after signing in. A seat for a young person under 18 is opened by a parent or guardian, who stays the contact for it.
  • One free seat per person per program. A second free seat for the same email address in the same program is not opened.
  • Your sign-in link and password are yours to keep private. Tell us if you think somebody else has used them.
  • The work you write in a program is yours. You can export it from your own page, and you can ask us to delete your account, subject to the Privacy Policy.
  • We may close a seat that is used to harm another participant, to copy the course for resale, or to get into any part of the Site that is not yours. We say why, in writing.
  • A certificate or record of completion says that the work was done. It is not a license, a qualification or a promise of any result.

12. Young people in the programs

These rules apply wherever a participant is under 18, and they are published before any booking form:

  • Written parent or guardian permission is required.
  • Group settings only. One to one mentoring is 18 and over.
  • A second approved adult from the host organization is present for every session.
  • A young person’s contact details come through a parent.
  • Every mentor and guest is approved through Youth Today Leaders Tomorrow before they are placed.
  • No insurance or financial product is offered to any participant or family as a result of the program.

Youth work runs through Youth Today Leaders Tomorrow. Nobody under 18 is added to any list, and no insurance or financial product is offered to any participant or family as a result of a program.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WEALTH BUILDERS INSURANCE AGENCY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEALTH BUILDERS INSURANCE AGENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wealth Builders Insurance Agency, A.L.I. Creative Solutions, and their respective officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
