Amin is an artificial intelligence assistant. It is not a person, and it is not Chaka A. I. Ali. If you ask, it will tell you so. We say this plainly because a business built on trust should not begin with a small untruth about who is typing.

Amin is not a licensed insurance producer. It gives general educational answers. It cannot recommend a specific product for your situation, quote a premium, produce illustration figures, or give tax or legal advice, and it will hand you to a licensed human being for anything that needs one. Nothing Amin says is a quote, an offer, or a binding commitment.

Amin can be wrong. If something it tells you matters to a decision, check it with us or with another licensed professional before you act on it.

If you submit your contact details through the chat, the transcript of that conversation is sent to us with them, so that whoever calls you has read what you already said. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep it.
