Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026 · Wealth Builders Insurance Agency, a division of A.L.I. Creative Solutions

The short version

We never sell your information. Not to data brokers, not to other agents, not to anyone.

The assessment asks real financial questions. Income band, debt, dependents and existing coverage. Those answers reach our CRM and are used to prepare for a conversation with you.

Amin is an AI assistant, not a person, and the conversation you have with it is saved and sent to us if you give us your details.

We only call or text you if you ticked the box. If you did not tick it, we do not keep the number.

You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, wherever you live. You do not have to be in a state with a privacy law.

1. Who we are

Wealth Builders Insurance Agency ("we", "us", "our") is a licensed life and health insurance agency based in Charlotte, North Carolina, operating as a division of A.L.I. Creative Solutions. Chaka A. I. Ali is the licensed producer, National Producer Number 11126989, licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Arizona, Michigan, Minnesota, Oregon, Ohio, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, Maryland and Florida.

Because we are an insurance producer, we are a "financial institution" under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Section 8 below is our GLBA privacy notice.

2. What we collect

When you contact us or book a session: your name, email address, phone number and state of residence.

When you complete the Waterfall Wealth Assessment: answers about your household income band, your debt, the number of people who depend on you, your existing coverage, your age band, your goals, and whether you own a business. The assessment produces an educational coverage estimate from those answers. All of it is sent to our CRM and it is the most detailed information this website collects.

When you download the Blueprint: your first name and email address, and your phone number only if you choose to give one.

When you apply to join the agency: your contact details, licensing status, experience, and anything you write in the message field.

When you inquire about agency services: your name, company, contact details, team size, budget band and what you describe. This is Waterfall Wealth Consulting business, and it never enters an insurance marketing list. Waterfall Wealth Consulting and Wealth Builders Insurance Agency both sit under A.L.I. Creative Solutions, and they keep separate records.

When you chat with Amin: the whole conversation. If you then give us your contact details, the full transcript is sent to our CRM along with them, so that whoever calls you has read what you already said. Section 7 covers this.

Automatically: browser type, approximate location from IP address, pages visited and how you arrived, through standard analytics.

What we never ask for on this website: your Social Security number, your date of birth, your bank or card details, or medical records. Those belong on a carrier application, not on a web form.

3. How we use it

  • To answer you, and to prepare properly for a conversation you asked for
  • To obtain quotes and illustrations from carriers, when you have asked us to
  • To send the educational material you requested, which you can stop at any time
  • To meet our obligations as a licensed producer, including record-keeping required by state insurance departments
  • To improve the site, using aggregated figures rather than anything that identifies you

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. The assessment produces an educational estimate; a human being reviews anything that matters.

4. Calls and text messages

We call or text only the numbers given to us with express written consent, collected by a tick box that is never pre-ticked. The consent wording names the entity that will be contacting you, states that consent is not a condition of purchase, and tells you how to stop.

If you give us a phone number and do not tick the box, we do not keep the number. The rest of your inquiry still reaches us so we can email you.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or by calling or emailing us. Message and data rates may apply.

5. We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information for anyone else's marketing, and we do not engage in what state privacy laws call "targeted advertising" or "profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects".

6. Who we do share it with

  • Insurance carriers, when you have asked us to obtain a quote, an illustration or to submit an application
  • Our service providers, who run the CRM, the website, the scheduling and the email that this business operates on. They may use your information only to provide that service to us
  • Regulators and law enforcement, where the law requires it

7. Amin, our AI assistant

Amin is an artificial intelligence assistant. It is not a person and it is not Chaka. It will tell you so if you ask.

Amin is there to answer questions and work out what you need. It cannot recommend a specific product to you, quote a premium, or give tax or legal advice, and it will hand you to a licensed human being for anything that requires one.

The conversation is held in your browser while you have it. If you choose to submit your contact details through the chat, the transcript of that conversation is sent to our CRM with them, and it is stored there with your record. If you would rather that did not happen, do not submit your details through the chat; call or email us instead.

8. Our GLBA privacy notice

As an insurance producer we are required to tell you what we do with non-public personal information. This is that notice.

What we collect is described in section 2. What we disclose is described in section 6.

We do not disclose non-public personal information about you to any non-affiliated third party except as permitted by law, which in practice means the carriers and service providers named in section 6, and regulators. Because our disclosure is limited to what the law permits, there is no sharing for you to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will tell you before it does and give you a way to say no.

We restrict access to your information to the people who need it to serve you, and we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect it.

This notice continues to apply to former clients as well as current ones.

9. How long we keep it

  • Inquiries that never became a client relationship: up to 24 months, then deleted
  • Assessment answers: up to 24 months, unless you become a client
  • Chat transcripts: up to 24 months
  • Client records, including applications and policy documents: at least 5 years after the relationship ends, because state insurance regulators require producers to keep them. Some states require longer and we keep to the longest that applies
  • Consent records: the wording you agreed to and the date, kept for at least 5 years, because that record is what makes contacting you lawful
  • Analytics: aggregated and not tied to you as an individual

You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will, except where a regulator requires us to keep it.

10. Your rights, wherever you live

A growing number of states give residents privacy rights, and the rules differ from state to state. Rather than ask you to work out whether your state qualifies, we extend the same rights to everybody who contacts us. You may ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we hold information about you, and give you a copy
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete what we hold, subject to the record-keeping in section 9
  • Stop sending you marketing, which you can do without affecting anything else
  • Receive your information in a portable format

Ask by emailing wealthbuildersins@gmail.com or calling (980) 304-1500. We will respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need longer. There is no charge, and asking will never change how we treat you.

If we refuse a request you may appeal it by replying to our answer, and we will review it and explain the outcome in writing. Residents of Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Minnesota, Nebraska, Maryland and several other states have a further right to complain to their state Attorney General.

Some of the information we hold is regulated by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and state privacy laws generally exempt that information. We are telling you about these rights anyway rather than using the exemption to say less.

11. Sensitive information

Some of what the assessment asks is treated as sensitive by state privacy laws, and answers about health are treated as sensitive everywhere. We collect it only because you volunteered it in order to get an estimate, we use it only for that purpose and to prepare for your conversation, and we never sell or share it for advertising. You can decline any question and still get a result.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or electronic storage is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires and tell you what happened.

13. Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technology to keep it working and to understand which pages are useful. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work properly. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

14. Other people's websites

We link to third-party services including our scheduling platform and the health enrolment marketplace. Once you are on their site, their privacy policy governs, not ours.

15. Young people

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information through it from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information here, contact us and we will delete it.

Our community education programs are a separate matter. The 10-Part Waterfall Wealth Creation Series and Youth Today Leaders Tomorrow are open to young people from age 12 in group settings. One-to-one mentoring is for adults 18 and over only. Where a participant is under 18, a parent or guardian gives written permission first, we collect only what is needed to run the session, we do not take contact details from a young person directly, and we do not add them to any marketing list. Everyone who works with young people is vetted beforehand.

16. Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you directly rather than rely on you noticing.
