The Wealth Builders Career Path

To say it plainly, because you are probably wondering: this is agency distribution, not multi-level marketing. You are paid on business written with real clients; yours, and your team's. You are never paid for recruiting anyone, and there is nothing you have to buy from us to join. There is no inventory and no starter kit. Our platform is a real monthly cost, $197 a month, and it is optional; you can be an agent here and never buy it. If anyone tells you the pay comes from recruiting, they are not describing this agency.
What this costs you, plainly
Joining costs you nothing. That does not mean the business is free, and you already know that, so here is the honest version.
- Our platform is $197 a month, plus a one-time $497 setup that builds your account HIPAA compliant from the start. It is optional. It is the only thing you would pay us for. Cancel it and you are still contracted, still appointed, and still an agent here. Your first 14 days of the monthly are free: that is your setup and your training on the system. The monthly starts on day 15, and if you cancel before then it is never charged. The one-time setup is paid on day one, because the build starts that day, and it is not refundable.

- Your phone, texting and AI usage costs are yours. Your phone line, your calls and texts, your AI usage (the front desk's replies and the phone assistant's minutes) and your texting registration are your own business costs. They bill to your own card inside the system at the provider's price, and we add nothing to them. Texting registration is done in your own business name.
- Your book is yours. Your book of clients is yours, and you are 100% vested in it from day one. Your contacts and records are yours too. If you leave the agency, they all go with you.
- You carry your own errors and omissions coverage. Every independent producer does. It is yours, it follows you, and it is not something we mark up or resell.
- Your business expenses are yours. State licensing and renewals, continuing education, appointment fees where a carrier charges them, and whatever you choose to spend on getting in front of people.
- You are independent, not an employee. Commission income, no salary, no benefits package, and taxes nobody withholds for you. Budget for that from month one.
- What we cover: the training, the mentorship, the carrier relationships, and the work of getting you contracted and appointed. Joining has no fee and no seat charge. The platform in the first bullet is the one thing of ours you would ever be billed for.
