You are never paid for recruiting anyone, and there is nothing you have to buy from us to join. There is no inventory and no starter kit. Our platform is a real monthly cost, $197 a month, and it is optional; you can be an agent here and never buy it. If anyone tells you the pay comes from recruiting, they are not describing this agency.
What this costs you, plainly
Joining costs you nothing. That does not mean the business is free, and you already know that, so here is the honest version.
- Our platform is $197 a month, and it is optional. That is the branded website, the AI assistant, the CRM and the follow-up sequences, billed monthly. It is the only thing you would pay us for. Cancel it and you are still contracted, still appointed, and still an agent here.
- You carry your own errors and omissions coverage. Every independent producer does. It is yours, it follows you, and it is not something we mark up or resell.
- Your business expenses are yours. State licensing and renewals, continuing education, appointment fees where a carrier charges them, and whatever you choose to spend on getting in front of people.
- You are independent, not an employee. Commission income, no salary, no benefits package, and taxes nobody withholds for you. Budget for that from month one.
- What we cover: the training, the mentorship, the carrier relationships, and the work of getting you contracted and appointed. No setup fee and no seat charge. The platform in the first bullet is the one thing of ours you would ever be billed for.
