$397 self-paced, or 3 payments of $145. Every price, and the alumni price

6 documents, in your own numbers

Not things you will understand. Things you will have. Each one is composed from a page you wrote, and you download it the day its session is done.

  • Your 300 year blueprint, on one page

Session 10. All five basins in order, with your real numbers, and the first ninety days named.

  • What the money is for

Session 1. The sentence in your own words, and every dollar you have in its column.

  • Your three numbers, off the statements

Session 2. What comes in, what leaves, and what is left, from records and not memory.

  • Your protection inventory

Session 3. Every protection you hold, what it pays, who it pays, and the gap.

  • Your leak list, with numbers

Session 8. Each leak and roughly what it costs a year, and the first one you plugged.

  • One tool, graded against your five basins

Session 9. The grading table, and the list of what you would need to see in writing before anything like it.

You cannot start at the exciting basin, and that is what you are buying

Water fills the top basin before it reaches the next one. Most people start at basin four because it is the interesting one. Then one bad month, which basin one or two would have handled, empties the whole thing.

Each session opens when you have written your own answers into the one before it. Not watched it. Written in it, in your words, and they are saved so you can read them back at the end beside where you started.

That will not stop somebody determined to rush it. What it does is make rushing a decision you have to make on purpose, page after page. If you want material to browse in any order, this is the wrong product.

10 sessions, 4 arcs

The Source

Before we touch a single basin, what is this for and what is really here?

  1. The Bag Is Not The Point

What the money is actually for

  2. Where The Water Actually Comes From

Your real numbers, including the avoided ones

The Basins

Which basin am I standing in, and does it hold yet?

  1. Basin One: Cover The Downside

Protection, and why it is first

  2. Basin Two: Money You Can Reach

    Liquidity and access

  3. Basin Three: Leave Instructions, Not Confusion

    Transfer of wealth

  4. Basin Four: Not Everything On One Clock

    Asset diversity, the real kind

  5. Basin Five: Keep More Of It

Tax advantages and the order of operations

The Leaks

Where is it going out, and what is each hole costing me a year?

  1. The Leaks

What drains the basins while you sleep

The Overflow

Can I judge this myself, and what am I doing Monday?

  1. One Dollar, Several Jobs

How to grade a tool, with one worked example

  2. Your 300 Year Blueprint

All five basins, assembled and said out loud

5 basins, filled from the top

Water does not reach the second basin until the first one holds. That is the order, and the order is the whole strategy.

  1. Protection

Cover the downside before you chase the upside. Session 3.

  2. Liquidity & Access

Money has to be reachable, not just visible. Session 4.

  3. Transfer of Wealth

It lands in the next hands cleanly, or it does not. Session 5.

  4. Asset Diversity

Not everything on one clock. Session 6.

  5. Tax Advantages

It is not what you earn, it is what you keep. Session 7.

Everybody does all 10

Nobody gets a shorter course for where they came in. What changes is what a session means to you, not whether you do it.

I run a business

You came through Level 3, or you already run something. The money in question is money your business makes.

Business money and household money are two piles with two jobs, and this course is about the household pile.

I have a paycheck

An adult with income from a job. No business, and you do not need one to do any of this.

Everything in these sessions works on a paycheck, and a few parts work better on one.

I am 16 or 17, with a parent

You are sixteen or seventeen and a parent or guardian is doing this with you. A permission form comes first.

A parent or guardian goes through it with you, in the room, and a permission form comes first.

Adults, and ages 16 and up with a parent.

The floor is 16 with a parent, because the course works on a household's real numbers. A young person's numbers are the household they live in.

A permission form comes first. Nobody under eighteen starts this course before a parent or guardian has signed one. That is not paperwork for its own sake. A parent should know what their young person is being taught about money and be able to read every page of it.

10 sentences you rate twice

Once before the first session and once after the last. Your takeaways page shows both beside each other.

  1. I can say in one sentence what my money is for, past my own lifetime.
  2. I know my real monthly numbers, including the ones I avoid looking at.
  3. I know what my household would live on if my income stopped tomorrow.
  4. I could reach real money this week without a penalty or selling at a loss.
  5. My beneficiaries are current and somebody knows where my documents are.
  6. I know how much of what I own would move the same way in the same bad month.
  7. I know whether I am leaving free money from my job sitting on the table.
  8. I know where my money leaks out and roughly what each leak costs me a year.
  9. I can grade a financial tool myself instead of trusting whoever is selling it.
  10. I have a written plan for the next ninety days and somebody who will ask me.

What this is not

  • Not investment, tax or legal advice. Where a session reaches a question for your CPA or your plan administrator, it says so and sends you to them.
  • Not a sales session. Session nine teaches you to grade a financial tool against your own basins, and nothing in the course asks you to buy one.
  • Not a promise about any result. It is a written plan in your own numbers, which is the part most people never get to.

About the Series

Do I need to have done The Build first?

No. There are three ways in: you run a business, you earn a paycheck, or you are 16 or older with a parent. Everybody does all ten sessions.

What do I actually have when I finish?

A one page blueprint with every basin in your real numbers and the first ninety days named. Before that, the sentence for what the money is for, your three numbers, your protection inventory, your leak list and one tool graded. Each is a document you download the day its session is done.

Can I skip to the basin I care about?

No. Each session opens when you have written your own answers into the one before it. The order is the strategy, and skipping it is the thing the course exists to stop.

How long does it take?

It is self-paced and the pace is yours. Session two waits on your statements and session seven on a phone call, and neither is ours to hurry.

Is this a pitch for life insurance?

No. Session nine names the one product this agency is built around, puts the reasons it is wrong for some people first, and teaches you to grade it like any other tool. Nothing in the course asks you to buy. If you want our help with your own situation afterward, you ask.

I am 16. Can I do this?

Yes, with a parent or guardian in the room, and a permission form first. Where you do not have a number yet, you use the household you live in, or the life you expect at twenty-five.

What does it cost, and what comes with it?

$397 self-paced, or three payments of $145. Level 1, The Five Currents, comes with it. A person who finishes a program keeps 20% off every later one.

Ask about the Series

If you want a second set of eyes on your page, ask. I reply myself, with what I would suggest for your situation, and if I am not the right help I will say so and we will part as friends.
