Starting from nothing
An idea, or not even that yet.
Module 1 is the whole start. Most people are here.
Level 3 · Wealth Builders Insurance Agency
Ten modules that end with a business that exists. Not a plan for one.
Ages 16 and up, and adults. 10 modules in 4 phases.
Ask about The BuildNot things you will understand. Things you will have. You can check every one of them without asking us.
A filed name, in a state, with a number on the paperwork.
Issued by the IRS, in your business name.
Open, in the business name, separate from your own money.
What one costs you to deliver, what you charge, and what is left.
Ten people asked, by name. Not ten adverts posted.
What happens next, written down, short enough to keep using.
Most people who buy a course do not finish it. You probably know that from your own shelf. This one does not let you click past a module you have not worked through.
Each module opens when you have written your own answers into the one before it. Not watched it. Written in it, in your words, and they are saved so you can read them back at the end beside where you started.
We are not going to pretend that stops somebody determined to rush it. What it does is make rushing a decision you have to make on purpose, page after page. If you want material to browse in any order, this is the wrong product and we would rather say so here than take the money.
One sentence you can say out loud, and a name that is yours.
One sentence: who it is for, what it is, what it costs.
A name nobody else has, filed where you live.
The paperwork and the money, before there is any money.
A number from the IRS and an account that is not yours.
Cost to deliver, price, and what is left over.
How the work gets done when you are not the only one doing it.
Where the work lives so it is not in your head.
The first thing you stop doing yourself.
How somebody finds you and knows what to do next.
The same job done the same way twice.
Customers, and a plan short enough to keep using.
Ten people asked, by name, and what they said.
One page. What happens next, and when.
Nobody gets a shorter course for where they came in. What changes is what a module means to you, not whether you do it.
An idea, or not even that yet.
Module 1 is the whole start. Most people are here.
The workbook from Level 2, in your own words.
Module 1 is a check rather than a start. Bring the old workbook.
Something already sold, and no system behind it.
Module 9 is about walking away as much as asking.
The floor is 16 here rather than the program's, because filing an entity, opening a bank account and signing for a number are not fourteen year old work.
Under 18, a parent or guardian is the account holder and the person we contact. Some of module 2 and all of module 3 need an adult to sign, and that is a rule of the bank and the state rather than ours.
No. Module 1 is the decision itself, and most people arrive without one. What you need is a willingness to pick something and find out, rather than to keep looking for the right one.
A business that legally exists, an EIN, a business bank account, numbers you can read, ten real conversations with named people, and a ninety day plan on one page. Every one of those either exists or does not, so you can check it without us.
No. Each module opens when you have written your own answers into the one before it. You go in order, and the order is the point, because module 3 does not work if you have not done module 2.
It is self-paced and the pace is yours. Some modules are an afternoon and module 3 waits on a bank, which is outside anybody’s control.
No. Nothing in it offers you an agency contract or a policy, and finishing it does not put you in front of either. Somebody building an insurance practice does the same ten modules as somebody building a landscaping business.
Yes. 16 is the floor for this level. Under 18, a parent or guardian is the account holder and the person we contact, and an adult has to sign for the filing and the bank account. That is the state and the bank, not us.
You still do all ten modules. Module 1 becomes a check rather than a start, because you wrote most of it in the Level 2 workbook. Bring it.
Tell us where you are starting from and we will tell you whether this is the right rung. If it is not, we will say which one is.
